Tinnitus on Your Terms
Freequency combines science, technology, and gameplay into one innovative app to help you gain more control over your tinnitus.

Ten Minutes a Day. A Quieter Everyday.

Freequency is a game that uses Augmented Reality and spatial audio to help you engage with your tinnitus in a new way. Each day, you use your phone camera to locate and catch virtual birds placed in your real environment — right at the position of your personal tinnitus sound. By playfully interacting with that sound on your own terms, it can take up less space in your day, instead of feeling like a constant disturbance.

Just 10 minutes a day, over 100 days. A personal dashboard tracks your progress over time, and daily educational content — developed with tinnitus experts — keeps you informed and motivated throughout the journey. Freequency is designed to complement your existing care, not replace it, so always use it in consultation with your audiologist or healthcare professional.
